Pus discharge
Pus discharge since 1.5 years. Initially doctor did not find the exact problem. When it was found that there bacterial infection deep inside the gums or near the bones and they told us that they need to operate. But he suffered heart attack and underwent heart bypass surgery.We thought that after bypass we will undergo for tooth operation but due to lockdown everything comes at halt and also due his risk factor of corona in hospital. Please tell us that if pus discharge will not create any other complications for now. We will operate it as soon as the situation becomes normal.

Hi,
According to your symptoms you seem to have severe periodotitis. The infection leads to pus discharge and that results in bone loss adjacent to the teeth. You will need some surgical procedures to completely resolve the problem. It is a chronic infection and if left untreated the prognosis of the teeth will not be very good.
Next Steps
You have not provided any information about current medication and allergies. So I cannot prescribe any antibiotics as of now. Please share the same so that I can start some antibiotic course to reduce the pus formation.

Sir we have to make sure to keep oral hygeine as proper as possible till you get to your Dentist. Till then do as follows :-
-Advise betadine mouthwash gargel in luke warm water. 2-3 times daily.
- Tab Sporidex 500mg
1 tab twice x5 days.
- Metrogyl 400md
1 tab twice x 5 days

1 tab twice before meal x5 days
