Pulse like sensation means that you are having increased heart rate and it can be palpitations that you are feeing in chest area. I want to recomend you the following things. 1.Monitor your heart rate 2.Monitor your lifestyle, the things that you are getting panicked for. 3.Take GemcalXt everyday after lunch for a month 4.Tab pantop 40mg before breakfast and before dinner. 5.Your tremors could be due to calcium deficiency. 6.Please take tab neurokindplus after breakfast everyday. 7.From your history it is clear to some extent that you are taking a lot of stress.Try to relax and breathe slowly and deeply.
