Pulse drop during sleep

It's been more than 25days since I got tested negative for COVID but from last few days my pulse are getting dropped to 56 and 58 whenever I try to sleep and I am experiencing extreme weakness ,After taking 5 minute of walks I start coughing, I have no idea what's going on Am I recovering or Is it something else

Pulse rate of upto 50 is normal during sleep. It looks like exertional difficulty in breathing and cough. Get evaluated.

This can happen normally What medications you took for covid-19?. Some drugs can cause bradycardia. What type of cough u have?
