Hey there! It seems that your injury did not heal properly. It may be due to improper rest. It takes time to heal and also depends on person to person. Please give proper resting period to your foot and ankle. Do icing for pain. Visit the physiotherapist for not only ultrasound but complete therapy. After the pain lowers, start some ankle toe movements. Do "slight" stretching exercises and proper strengthening exercises. Taping will also prove beneficial. Your physiotherapist can also do slight massage.
For full recovery (in recovery phase) use therapeutic functional drill exercises, balance board exercises, static cycling, single leg balance exercise, etc.
You need to take proper treatment. Only ultrasound will not do. And it takes time.
