Hello, I can imagine that it must feel like a very distressing phase for you. You seem to be receiving stress from multiple domains of your life- work, self, perhaps relationships. The stage of life that you are in, mid twenties may add on to your own and others' expectations from you which must not be helping your distress either. I really appreciate you reaching out for help which also reflects your willingness to receive help and help yourself. Therapy can be a safe and extremely helpful space for you to help yourself.

Looks like you are under tremendous stress and your nervous system is giving stress reaction due to this demand overload. It is usually during these stress reactions we start having these negative cognitions
