Dear Practo user, Ideal case 0.8/ kg body weight is the required protein for a healthy person. If u go to gym or involve in any physical activity, u requirements vary as per activity. Taking protein alone won't lose ur fat and improve your muscles .You need to give importance to over all calorie u r taking, meal timing ur following, amount of water I r consuming, quantity of fiber u r taking etc etc.. If u r keen to take a personalized diet plan for a healthy wt management, contact me via practo video Consultation.. Regards Dt.Remya https://instagram.com/rm.nutrition4all
