Does taking protein everyday have any impact on testosterone production in body. I used to take 10 egg whites, whey protein supplements, chicken every day since i workout in gym.

As such no.but soy supplements and soy products have been linked to impotency or sterility in few clinical studies.its just a link and no direct effect.possible reasons stated are that soy has effects on estrogen like stimulation properties which can reduce erections or sperm count.but again no conclusive studies.so better to avoid in excess.

Hello,Food has no effect on testosterone. Testosterone secreted by adrenal gland . But having chicken , 10 eggs per day may not be good . You should increase protein intake gradually , more of protein causes gastritis and indigestion . The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for protein is a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
