Please suggest what does the report say and is it related to cancer.. what is the best treatment for it and where and which hospital or docror is the best for the treatment. I have attached the reports and the prescription. Please suggest asap.

As his PSA is high, he needs further evaluation. The possibility of prostrate cancer is there. However, it's a perfectly curable and controllable cancer most of the times.
