My father has prostate cancer and 2yr back operation done (testicles removed) now we r using tabi 50 mg tablet with ultracet also For the last few months he is suffering a lot with pains an some other incovienancy He s also refusing Dr visit please let me suggest some tips to his recovery and pain relief

He needs further investigations to see the present status of disease. It is likely that the tab has stopped working as it has been 2 years. He needs to undergo PSA and bone scan or PET CT to assess where the spread is and treat accordingly. If there is bone spread radiation is best. Others reasons of pain need to be dealt accordingly.
