My dad has been diagnosed with prostate cancer with gleson score of 4+4 and PSA level just 2.13 . Pet scan resulted in few bones malignant. Please suggest

Hi.. Your father will require anti androgen therapy.. As there is no visceral disease, chemotherapy can be avoided at present

At first consider chemotherapy. As there is already a spread, surgery won't be offered.
