Hi i am having periods since past two weeks ve been prescribed progesterone to stop it...is it safe n how can I deal with perimenopause safely..what all supplements I should take to tackle low energy,hairfall n skin pigmentation I am facing cause of this perimenopause...what all precautions I need to take

Before prescribing progesterone its is suggested to get and ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy done and then progesterone can be started according the reports. Also instead of oral progesterone, mirena IUD is a suitable alternative
