From lost 3 months she is having prolonged periods of nearly 23 days for month. Please  suggest  any medications

Hi there, She is 16 years old? Sometimes it happens. Don't worry. Take iron medication so that she should not become anemic. Get an ultrasound done. Review with the ultrasound report for medicine prescription.

Nothing to worry,in this age this problem usually occur, take healthy balanced diet, avoid stress, to rule out any pathology please do one ultrasound pelvis, thyroid profile, complete blood picture,share reports
