I'm having the condition of prolapsing fibroid which is likely central necrosis. The fibroid measures at least 3.1 x 2.2 2.1.The uterine cavity could not bea ccessed above it. Do I need to have the surgery or wait and watch. Symptoms are prolonged periods which will be spotting after my period days. Due to the condition of being anemic I have recently had an iron infusion. More insights on my condition would be helpful as I don't want to have another surgery right after 2 years and recurring is another concern.
