Have Prolapsed invertival disc with lumber canal stenosis Ap diameter is 8mm Pain radiating to left lower limb Epidural injection done not much relief Question is doctor started medicine from pragabalin 75 mg to 200 mg but not much relief So started gabapin me 200/300 Taking these medicines from last 3'5 months. Problem is after taking medicine now vomiting Dizziness headache problem at moderate to severe level From both medicine So tell what should I do

Stop medication Start physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY and strengthening exercises Consult orthopaedician

When was the MRI done ? If you are not pain free by 60-70%, still having radiculopathy, then do not do any physiotherapy If the symptoms aren’t even improving after 4-6 weeks of medical management, better to opt for surgical intervention

Kindly stop the medication and start physiotherapy. Consult a physiotherapist for pain relieving measures.
