Can I conceive with prolactin level 31 and ESR level 32? Posterior wall myoma is 10*7 can which is very large will my fertility decrease after myomectomy as my AMH is only 1.9? Very tensed does ESR 32 means some serious illness in my body ?

Your Prolactin level needs to be managed. An ESR of 32 mm is fine.  Your fertility can only enhance after myomectomy. The other factor to be considered is that Fibroids grow very fast during pregnancy. Over all it is a difficult situation and you have to take your decisions because every treatment has its pros and cons.

The size of the myoma mentioned is millimetres or centimetre? ESR is raised in infection Nothing serious Prolactin is normal
