Hi Sneha Normal range for women (non-pregnant): <25 ng/mL Your level is slightly elevated, which is common and often not alarming, especially if: You're not having symptoms like irregular periods, galactorrhea (milk discharge), or infertility The test wasn't done under strict conditions (fasting, no stress, no nipple stimulation)
Next Steps
Possible Causes Stress or poor sleep before the test PCOS (common in fertility issues) Thyroid dysfunction (rule out hypothyroidism) Certain medications (e.g., antidepressants, antacids) 🌿 You're on Gynoveda Ayurvedic Treatment Gynoveda is a holistic fertility approach; some of their herbal formulations may influence hormones. However, if prolactin remains high, you may need modern treatment along with Ayurveda for best result
Health Tips
Reduce stress with yoga or meditation Get 7–8 hours of sleep Avoid nipple stimulation or tight bras Eat a balanced diet rich in zinc, B6, and omega-3s Avoid excess sugar, caffeine, soy, and alcohol Check thyroid (TSH) levels Maintain a healthy weight Review any Ayurvedic supplements with your doctor No medication is needed yet, but if trying to conceive for long, consider rechecking levels and consulting your gynecologist.

You need to lower your Prolactin levels BEFORE conception, because ligh Prolactin carries a risk of miscarriage. Ayurvedic treatments may help but if your Prolactin levels are consistently above 25 ng  you will need medical intervention and drugs like Cabergoline to reduce your Prolactin levels. The exact dosage and duration is best consulted with a Gynaecologist.
Next Steps
Check your TSH levels. If your TSH levels are normal you might need an MRI.
Health Tips
Consult a Gynaecologist/Fertility Specialist and take care of yourself
