That needs to be extracted. It is a simple extraction so nothing to worry.

The only treatment for this tooth is extraction.wisdom tooth does not have much function so it's better to get it removed. You left upper and right lower wisdom teeth are also not proper, so might cause problem later. For pain take - Tab ketorol DT (6) 2tabs at once. Mix in 1 cup of water and consume it.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist for antibiotic course or consult us in chat box.
Health Tips
use salt and warm water to gargle thrice daily.

Only treatment is extraction.you may delay it, by grinding the cusps. But ultimately you would need to get it extracted.
Health Tips
Do not do Hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally on cheek region. Luke warm water salt gargle a few times per day, only if it's relieving the symptoms even partially. avoid salt if blood pressure is above normal limits. Avoid hard/hot/cold/sweet/sticky food. Soft diet. Do not neglect brushing twice daily after food. If difficulty in opening mouth/swallowing hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water for a minute avoid salt if blood pressure is above normal limits.

hello sir, according to the concerned x-ray i saw the wisdom tooth is impacted and it is causing the pain and swelling because it cannot grow out anymore so i would suggest you to extract or take it out as soon as possible or you can also start the course of medications for 5 days so the pain and swelling can subside for some days.
Next Steps
either start the medication or go for the extraction.
Health Tips
better to keep that area clean, gargle with warm saline/ betadine mouthwash

Wisdom tooth very commonly erupts angulated if there is less space in the jaw If it is painful ..then u have to take a course of antibiotics and painkillers. If d problem subsides ...then u need not do anything.  It remains at its place unharmful. But pain reoccurs then go for extraction.
Next Steps
personal consultation from d dentist...for antibiotics and painkillers course .
Health Tips
warm water and salt gargles.. maintain oral hygiene.
