Problem related to carrying angle

I have carrying angle problem. How can I fix it without surgery? what are the exercise that I can do to fix it for defence related jobs

Carrying angle is the sngle at the elbow in human body. It is slightly more in ladies, possibly to accomodate the bodily changes that occur during pregnancy. Kindly consult Army hospital for its role in selection for army jobs.

Hi The carrying angle problem( as u put it) It could manifest in two ways either it’s less or more than normal….. So I need a bit of more information and few degree doesn’t disturb your daily life and if there is high degree variation then it can not be corrected through any medicine or excercise
