Problem of tooth decay
Hello sir I have a whole in my teeth it's paining very badly can u please suggest medicine.i used so many tablets but no use it can't control.please suggest powerful medicine sir.

Rx
Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day after meals for 5 day.
Tab metrogyl 400mg Three time a day after meals for 5 day.
Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for 5 day.
Pantop-D Capsule once a day before meals for 5 day.
Tab ketrolac dt 10 mg after meals (if pain is more ).
Next Steps

Take these medications for five days
1. Pan D once daily early morning empty stomach
2. Augmentin 625 twice a day after meal
3. Metrogyl 600 twice a day after meal
4. Zerodol SP three times per day after meal
5. Ketorol DT

After food :
T. Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day,10 tablets.
T. Metrogyl 400,3 times/day. 10 tablets.
T KETOROL DT, 2 tablets dilute in water and consume followed by single tablet, only if pain.
Empty Stomach or before food:
C. Roles D, once a day, before food, 4 days.

no hot compression/ointment/balm extraorally
avoid hard, very hot/cold, sticky, sweet food
Luke warm water salt gargle, only if it's relieving the pain.
if feverish, can be due to tooth infection. shall subside eventually once the antibiotics course progresses.

Tab Augmentin 625 thrice daily (Mandatory)
Tab Ultracet thrice daily (SOS)
Tab Pan-D once before food in the morning (In case of gas problems otherwise can be left )
The medication has to be taken for a period of 3 days and if swelling is there then antibiotic course of 5 days
Do get the tooth extracted or have an RCT treatment after getting proper check up of the mouth.

I understand your problem it might might due to deep caries so for this you have to go for tooth xray done and attach your xray image.
