I first developed open pores in 2020. Since then, I have used niacinamide serum and a salicylic acid face wash for more than three years, but they didn’t work. Now, my pores are turning into pits. How can I treat them? Is it possible to improve this condition with topical creams, oral supplements, or medicines?
