I have. A problem of groin sprain later3/3months I didn't realise that but now that pain had become problem for me and creating a problem to playing football .I am a. Footballer had played for team India so kindly suggest a simple and fast solution for my problme

Do some isometric and stretching exercises of hip and lumbar spine. Avoid jerky movements,. Can be stretched yourself. If you work on muscular strength it becomes normal,. Ice therapy can be used.
