It depends on the space issue It's a general phenomena to extract four teeth before fixed braces If adequate space is already there then extraction may not be required

If only u had posted ur pix it would've been easy for us to comment.... now that v dnt ve ur pik.... mostly if u ve protruded teeth nd crowding too then for sure extraction .... If protruding teeth with space most probably no extraction.... But best is to visit an orthodontist
