I am PCOD patient.and my both tubes are open. i am trying to conceive from 2 years bt still not succeed. what should i do now.. i have consulted doctor. and also done through IUI cycles bt not succeed.. what should my next step.

In pcod the main problem is of follicle development and good egg formation so you need well monitored cycles and good ovulation induction with medicines and injections. If husbands Semen report is normal, iui would not change success rate much. In case multiple ovulation induction cycles fail, you should consider doing either laparoscopic Ovarian drilling or IVF.
