Problem in bending leg

Whenever I try to bend my left leg it kind of pains. I think a nerve has been twisted somewhere in the leg. It pains when I keep it bent, it pains when I relax it or stretch it. As soon as get up walk after bending my leg, it aches then too. Please help me out.
