Hello Doctor, Face Rash / Small pimples have come out covering face and neck area. Please suggest necessary medication in this regard. These small pimples just like prickly heat are itchy in nature. Thanks.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
