Use Oral Contraceptive. Practice sex during safe period. Can get Intrauterine contraception, if you have sex relations  frequently. Certain practices like withdrawal method, dry humping , but they have very high failure rate. Use emergency contraception.

If you   are in monogamous relationship , then less worrisome for STI, OTHERWISE get a std screening yearly. Can also have a coppert , oral pills, injectables , many options are available ...choice is yours.
