If you are unable to put your foot on the floor after the synthetic plaster has been applied, it could be an indication that the cast is too tight or it may not have been applied correctly. It's important to have the cast checked by a doctor or a specialist to determine whether the cast needs to be adjusted or redone. In the meantime, keep your foot elevated and avoid putting weight on it until you can have it properly evaluated. If you experience any pain, swelling, or numbness, contact your doctor immediately as it could be a sign of a more serious complication.

Pressure and heaviness in weight bearing joints of your leg ie Hip and knee ( Synovial joints) whenever you walk can be due to affection of structures in your joints or the joint per say.. This need a thorough clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment. Doesn't look like Arthritis for your age.
