Is ssri effect is permanent on premature ejaculation as i feeling good to have long time while having masturbation

Hi, yes SSRI can delay ejaculation but can also cause delayed orgasm and poor erection.

Hi, SSRI especially Paroxetine improves premature ejaculation, and the improvement in 30% of the cases are permanent. Along with that we usually advice patients to adopt other techniques to maintain the improvement. Also, SSRI usually do not usually cause premature ejaculation.
