Pregnancy with very low amh

I have very low amh however tsh and prolactin are fine. I also have irregular periods, got my last one through meprate. I am 34 years and want to start preparing for pregnancy. What all supplements are suggested that I should incorporate in my daily routine apart from eating healthy and walking?

You are 34 years old. You have very low AMH Time is against you. You should consult a Gynaecologist in an Infertility Centre so that an attempt can be made to treat you for inducing ovulation. A spontaneous natural pregnancy may take a very long time.
