I am 36 weeks pregnant and recently found out that my uric acid is high (6.4) and bp is also high. Should i wait for natural labour? What are the consequences if uric acid and bp remain high?

I don't know who will allow you to take your decision about when you should deliver. In Obstetrics if you don't want to accept the decision of the Doctor, well you change your Doctor. If the Doctor accepts your decision and something goes wrong, you will be the first person to say that "I am not the Doctor".

High blood pressure during pregnancy poses the following risks Less blood flow to the placenta. If the placenta doesn't get enough blood, the fetus might receive less oxygen and fewer nutrients. This can lead to slow growth (intrauterine growth restriction), low birth weight or premature birth.you can go for elective Caessarian and get regular checkup with your doctor,if you want any assistance from me please consult online and offline on practo prime.
