My last period date was 28 April n i did my beta hcg test on 7 june it came 25.7 and 10 june it was 69.7 and 12 june it was 84 what does it mean?

The level of beta HCG is consistently low. Please get your sonography done to confirm the viability and the location (whether inside or outside the uterus) of your pregnancy.
