I did not get periods for last 3 months and I made pregnancy test last week it showed negative results..it was a home test I did..what test will give correct results

If the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant you can take a medicine to help you get your periods if you looking for a confirmitory test you can go for blood test bhcg
