We are trying to conceive, Faint line observed after 12 DPO , is this positive test (image attached) my wife is taking progesterone supplement medicine and thyroid medicine (PCOS & thyroid patient) does this impact urine pregnancy test?

You test: It is very faint Positive. Reason: Early pregnancy. What to do to confirm? : Urine pregnancy test: It shows Urine concentration of Beta HCG hormone,  which may vary with the Time of urine collection,  Quality of test kit and Concentration of HCG in urine. Serum Beta HCG: Which is confirmatory test for pregnancy. It is blood concentration of Beta HCG hormone and doesnt affect by above factors.
