Hello, I am 6 weeks 2 days pregnanct as per my LMP. I had a scan yesterday which states CRL size as 2.0mm and measuring 5weeks 5days. FHR was 111 bpm. Doctor said everything seems fine. My concern is since yesterday i had nausea and sore breast with painful nipples but when i woke up today morning i am having no symptoms, no nausea and my breast is normal like before. I had one chemical pregnancy and one miscarriage as there was no heartbeat . Can you please help me if this is normal? Thanks in advance

Don't worry the symptoms of pregnancy can fluctuate slightly. As you have had miscarriage before start Duphaston one tablet twice daily after food.

You had your scan yesterday only. Symptoms of pregnancy start also around the same time. To that extent your not feeling the symptoms of pregnancy is significant. Please wait for another 5 days. Get a Sonography done again. That will confirm continuation of pregnancy.
