Pregnancy sleeping difficulties

Hi, am 25weeks pregnant. Am having sleeping difficulties in nyt times. Suddenly wakeup, tat I felt I was not breathing. Facing this issue from 5th month of pregnancy. Am also having persistent cold with nose nd ear blockage particular at nyt. No saliva secretion (dry mouth). I dono wat to do and how to deal with. Is tis a serious issue do I concern nd talk to my gyne..?? ll this cause my delivery more complicated...?? What are all the ways to get treat...? Does this goes away after pregnancy....?

Speak and discuss with your gynecologist.take a side position in sleep ,put head bit upper level with two pillows,take deep breaths.take steam inhalation before sleep and three times at least.

Hi. You can do steaming every nt before going to bed . This will help to clear the blocked nose . Drink more water if required you can use Nasoclear saline nasal drops .because of the blocked nose you are not able to breathe properly .all this will cause noproblem either in preg or delivery.
