Please get scaling done. Under hormonal influence it is common in pregnancy to have gum related problems and gingivitis. Curenext gel should not be a problem during pregnancy though avoid using any medications during pregnancy. Instead of using any gel I would suggest you to do warm saline rinses thrice daily. And do massage of your gums with a clean finger.
Health Tips
Don't stop brushing. Brush twice daily even though it may bleed.
