Hi mam, Am 20 week pregnant. Now I could feel kind of slight movement inside my stomach. Can I sleep straight in this time. Also I dnt feel any drastic change in my body like stomach size and breast too. Will it take few more weeks?? Also next week planned for anamoly scan, is it necessary to take fetus echo test along with scan. Thanks in advance.

You can sleep the way you want At 20 weeks they may be no drastic changes Anomaly scan should be done before 20 weeks Fetal Echo which is the separate ultrasound to  evaluate the fetal heart completely Should be done between 22 to 24 weeks
