Age 46 Fallopian tube no blockage. Amh low Husband count good. My doctor asked me to have shefert gold tablet for 2 months along with egcell M. C. B. M and absolute women tablet. Pls advise?

At age 46 with low AMH no point waiting for natural conception and just taking anti oxidants and folic acid supplements it will be a wastage of precious time Treatment will depend upon how low the AMH is With too low an aMH donor egg IVF is recommended
