My 6 wks of pregnancy is running now.. Today I've done My USG..but it cannot detect pregnancy..it shows only Pelvic USG..is it really serious ? Plz suggest something..

It can be too early or a extra uterine or ectopic site of pregnancy. If doubtful then do serum beta hcg test definitely

What about  beta HCG test. . Repeat scan after a week for GS..
