Nausea during early pregnancy is common, you feel depressed too, which needs face to face discussion, you can take a video consultation to discuss the issue for better understanding and solution, undernourishment is not good at this stage of pregnancy.

Don’t panic, it’s very common in first trimester.Infact , I had similar symptoms. Don’t rush into taking lots of food. But being well hydrated is important. Take fluids at frequent intervals. Prefer small quantities of fresh fruits and vegetables. For further support, u can connect.

Eat small, frequent meals every 1-2 hours. Try bland foods like crackers, dry t toast in morning, rice, or bananas and avoid spicy or fatty foods. Drink plenty of fluids separately from meals. Sip on fluids like water, ginger ale, or coconut water throughout the day. Electrolyte drinks can help replenish lost minerals, especially if you're vomiting. Ginger is a well-known remedy for nausea. You can try ginger tea, ginger candies, or add fresh ginger to meals. Bland, easy-to-digest foods (bananas, rice, toast) High-protein foods (chicken, peanut butter, beans) Cold beverages and snacks (smoothies, almond milk)
