It done 22-24 week of pregnancy and generally fine due to restricted growth of baby

Fetal ego is done to evaluate the fetal heart between 22 to 24 weeks yes it should be done especially in patients who are on anti apileptics and de ranged sugars Fetal Doppler is advised when the baby is growth restricted and we need to look at the blood flow
