Hii...iam 26 years old i have 3 years old son..now iam trying to conceive for 2 nd time..last 4 months we are trying but not yet get positive..iam worried about that...my 1st pregnancy is normal oly..i didnt took any treatment..pls suggest me

Hello...... you couple try sexual intercourse during Window period, that's ovulation period , it comes around 14 days before first day of menses bleeding.  You couple copulate for 2-3 days   Siphenen is ovulation inducing durg, doctor may increase dosage . semen analysis has to be done to know if there is any problem with husband . Doctor may advise you for intrauterine insemination if this treatment fails .
