My wife abdominal ultrasound report shows one ovary bulky her periods are regular even beta HCG also negative can this bulkyness related to ectopic pregnancy ?? last unprotected intercourse done in 1st week of December I attached her ultrasound reports here plzz guide us is their any lesser chance of ectopic pregnancy

Bhcg is a confirmatory test If that is negative for pregnancy the patient is not pregnant
