Pregnancy confirmation

I had my last period on 25dec2022, checked for pregnancy on 27jan got postive result, checked for 2-3 days continuously they were positive, some spotting happened on 10th feb did urine test which was positive, went for ultrasound today but they said there is no pregnancy. Is it early for the ultrasound or should i go for blood test for the confirmation
