Hi, as home pregnancy test is positive means you r pregnant You need to meet gynaecologist because there r certain tests which we do prior you conceive. If already you meet prior then you can go in 10 to 14 days. If not done then meet . If any severe pain abdomen then meet dr immediately. Good luck
