Hello all, I just got to know that I'm pregnant using the preganews test strip. I want to know whether it is confirmed and will the test strip result be accurate or do I need to get other lab tests done to confirm the pregnancy. Thanks.

Positive urine pregnancy test means within 1-2min you get two dark lines in the kit. This confirms pregnancy is there . I would like to suggest ultrasound obs for localisation of pregnancy @7 weeks  pregnancy. Counting from first day of last menstrual period.
