Since amniotic fluid is wnl. no need to hurry. First find out what is the cause of less wt. Treat the cause. Focus on baby movement, should be 11/10hrs. Take some protein drink 2tsf in hot water twice a day. Also plenty of liquids.Can take L arginine 3gm/day. Repeat usg after 7 days . see increase in wt. If yes can continue till 37-38wks. .

First of all don’t be tense.your baby growth is bit lesser than the usual.but would like to see the usg reports with Doppler.reasons for it?? Detail history also important for me.watch for the baby movement strictly,u should take steroid injection for baby lung maturity if planned for delivery before.trial of vaginal delivery to be considered or not depends on many things and should be discussed with you in detail.challenges of preterm delivery and need for NICU care and facilities available or not to handle it also to be discussed with you and your family
