I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years. Kidney stone in left and right kidney 2-3 mm. Now fasting blood sugar 98.sometimes post parandial blood sugar 103.hb1ac level is 5.8 .that is pre diabetes. So I want  control prediabetes what food can I eat /do not eat.please reply.

U can intake millets for rice.,wheat. Eat plenty of vegetables,sprouts .papaya is the best fruit,apples,pomegranate gauva also can be included. Almonds,walnuts,figs are healthy for u. Walking,yoga,playing sports are the physical activitie as a routine,for two hrs a day. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,oily spicy masalafoods,nonveg. Buttermilk,freshfruitjuice are equally healthy. Coriander seeds 1 tsf,one inch ginger,one inch dalchini,five pepperseeds,a piece of lemon,one tsf jeera ,boil in a glass of water strain and drink every morning in empty stomach. Two tsf ghee is allowed per day. Eat raw greengram soaked overnight ,add  pinch of salt and few pomegranate or any fruit,as a breakfast. Drink enough water Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night. Concentrate on quantity of food while eating..
