Sir, 5 years ago I was diagnosed pre-diabetic - with no history of diabetes in family. Last week results: Glucose(Fasting) hexokinase: 120, GLYCOHEAMOGLOBIN(Hb1Ac)-HPLC: 6.4%, Est Avg glucose(eAG): 137, Creatinine, PAP-SL: 1.0 , Uric Acid: 6.7, Cholesterol(Total) :190, Triglycerides: 110 HLD:42, LDL:126, Total :4.6, Ketones: -ve Precautions to take

Diabetic diet, daily brisk walk for 45 mins and keep monitoring blood sugar 3 monthly
