Pre auricular tags near ear

My child is 2 months now ! He has pre auricular tags near his ears on the left one ! I would like to know whether it's harmful to him kindly suggest methods to remove it

They can be removed easily for cosmetic reasons. Not a major surgery. Needs to undergo basic blood tests for surgery and an ultrasound scan of abdomen to look for any associated kidney problems.

Preauricular skin tags are not harmful. They are just a cosmetic nuisance. But removal is also a very minor daycare procedure. So you can get it done at your convenience.
